Order Processing Time

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email to review and confirm key details such as dimensions and color. Once your confirmation is received, we will begin customizing your shades.

Production and packaging typically take 3–5 business days.

Please note that our warehouse operates during standard business hours, Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Methods

All international orders are shipped via UPS, DHL, or SF Express, depending on destination and availability.

Shipping Time

Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please review the details carefully and reply to confirm so we can proceed with production.

Once confirmed, production will begin immediately. Depending on the product type, you can typically expect to receive your order within 10–15 business days after confirmation.

If expedited shipping is selected, delivery time may be shortened by 1–2 business days.
